Precautions for rubber products

First of all, precautions for the storage of raw materials: the raw materials used in rubber products are divided into natural rubber, synthetic rubber and various auxiliary materials. The storage of these materials should pay attention to the following points:  

1. Water proof.  The raw material is most afraid of water. Check whether there is any leakage in your warehouse. If there is any need to pay special attention to it, if the raw material is flooded, it may blister when producing rubber products, so be sure to keep the raw material dry.  

2, prevent mildew.  Raw materials encounter humid and sultry environment has the possibility of mildew, mildew will certainly affect the performance of raw materials, therefore, raw materials in parking must have a pallet or tray parking, so that effective ventilation and will not occur in a humid environment.  

3, transport waterproof.  Transportation waterproofing is a matter that needs special attention in any season, especially in rainy season.  First, before loading the car from the manufacturer to the customer, the car should be specially cleaned to avoid the debris in the car in and out of the raw materials. In the rainy season, the warehouse must be loaded, and the transportation vehicle of the tarpaulin can be driven out of the warehouse.  

However, in the production of rubber products should also pay attention to:  

1. Water proof;  

2. Keep the warehouse dry and ventilated;  

3. Not easy to be exposed to the sun for a long time;  Some raw materials of rubber products do not have anti-aging properties, and long time exposure will accelerate the aging of rubber products.
